Credit goes to our Electronic Media, Indian Public who stood straight against the culprits and law enforcing agencies and said a big "NO" and at last the 18th Dec 2006 became the day when we relied on Justice, though delayed but rightly restored by the hon’ble Justice, delivering the right decisions/
In the Jesica Lal case every one Delhi Police, Bureaucrates, Politicians and even Trial Court tried their level best to save Manu Sharma and vikas yadav etc by ignoring the truth and they were all sold to the politician fathers.
Hats Off to our learned and Hon’ble Justice Sodhi and Jusice Bhasin who had delivered a right judgement in this case.
Hon’ble Judges have now restored people’s beleif in the judiciary system which appeared laid down by corrupt nexus of Police-Politician-Criminals.
But there should also be sytem where if found guilty, the Judges, should be jailed as co accused in the murder case.
There should also be an Act protecting the witnesses and if they found giving and misleading the court by their witness should also be jailed.
Take case of Shayan Munshi and his beleiver co accused Justice S.L. Bhayana who was also won over by Manu Sharma for ignoring material truths.
Jethmalani should now go to a dark room and come out with black face.
