Purchased this AC in June 2013. It stopped working on March 27, 2015.
Raised complaint on March 28th morning.
After several follow-up calls, I am still waiting for a visit of service engineer which has been assured everyday when I call up LG number.
Have to wait for at least 10 to 15 mins before anyone answers your call. Do expect disconnection of your phone after 5-6 mins of wait so you need to re-do.
DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS including AC as THEY HAVE PATHETIC AFTER SALE SERVICE.
There is nothing good about the product as all ACs are designed to do cooling at it was doing so for about 22 months.
STAY AWAY FROM LG.
