Very Rude support Personnel & poor CustomerService

I purchased a LG Split AC in Patna yesterday and the store promised to get it installed today. However the store delivered the AC to my residence today and then I called back the store regarding the installation, to which they promised that they will get it done today.


However after some time, the LG customer service person called me up and started telling me excuses about not installing the AC today. He was very rude and blunt in his approach and kept telling me reasons for not installing the AC today. He even went on to tell me that they will install the ac when they want and not when I want and further told me that if the store had promised the installation today then I should go back to store and ask them to install it themselves.


This is definitely not the level of service that is expected from a company like LG and that too on the first day of purchase of its product.
