But Due To My Previous Purchased Of LG AC As By Getting Impressed With It, We Are Planning To Buy 2 More Ac Thats Why 1 Years Before We Have Decided To Buy LG LWA5CS4F Model .
• After Getting The Delivery Of TWO AC The Service Engineer Camed And Fixed It Up And After Installing It On The First Attempt Of Turning It On Till 1 Week It Work Fine But After That We Get In a Doubt That Its Cooling Is Not Much If We Compared It To My Previous LG AC It Stand No Where In Front Of Previous AC .
New AC Is More Efficient In Cooling And Has More Power Than The Old One, But My Case Is Completely Different As My Old Ac Is Doing More Cooling Than New One .
After Working 2 To 3 Hours It Do Little Bit Of Cooling And Also It Doesn’t Last For Long, After Using And Tested It For 2 Days, Both Of The 2 New Ac Has Same Issue, Thats Why I Have Decided To Put An Complaint In Its Service Centre To Replace My Both AC There Engineers Told Me That We Can’t Replace It We Would Came To Check It And If Some Minor Problem Has Found We Repair It .
• As Told By Their Executives I Wait For 24 Hours But No Engineer Has Camed Day By Day I Called Them And There Executives Play Just Pass And Pass And After 2 Weeks When My Father Decided To Put An Complaint Against Them The Engineer Finally Camed And After Checking He Said That Sir Its Your Fault You Have Used It With Small Amount Of Stabilizer Thats Why Your Ac Few Components Has Expired And You Have To Pay For New Gas Injector IC In Order To Use It Properly, And I Said That The Amount Of Voltage Which Is Mention On Book We Have Used On It, But He Didn’t Listen To Me And Leave From There, After Talking To Their Executives They Didn’t Help Us In It And Raised Their Hands .
• Also When I Changed It Ic As We Have No Other Option Left Still It Works Fine Only For 5 Months Again Same Problem Has Camed As The LG HAS Delivered Me A Faulty Product And Their Executive Doesn’t Help At All Even They Didn’t Listen To Their Customer Issue .
Overall, I Don’t Know Why This Happens With Me, I Will Not Recommend This AC To Anyone . As My Previous Experience With Lg Products Is Good, And I Think To Go For LG Again BlindFolded . As I Have No Idea Of How Much Poor LG Customer Service Is . But Now I Guess I Would Think Twice Before Going For LG Again . As a Lesson Of Worst Customer Service And Faulty Product Has Given To Me By LG .
