Product Detail: I had purchased a inverter LG window AC(model: 1.5 ton, PW-Q18WUXA.THLG(W) from Navrang Audio Video Pvt Ltd. From New Delhi on 05th May 2022.)
Since purchase we had consistent issue with the piece. Initially the piece was changed too, when it was just 2days old.
Any how till date the issue is: There were 4 complaints made to the agency for fixing non-cooling issue in this season(2024) - April 06, May 18, Jun 11, Jun 24
Resolution: Each time the fix was done due to gas leakage. Eventually the AC will stop cooling after some time due to gas leakage. We were told during selecting an AC - that the INVERTER AC is one of the best products made by LG.
Eventually we purchased it and now it seems it’s a defective piece or the AC purchased is of worst choice made.
We have 2LG and 2Godrej window ACs in our house including this 1 LG Inverter AC. None of them gave us any problem as it was the simple, older technology window AC and it doesn’t give us so much of problem likewise this Inverter LG window issue is creating problem. I will request the company either to - fix the issue, replace it or provide any other alternate solution.
I am using other LG appliances at home however this window AC has become a menace for me.
After repeated complaints I am taken aback for purchasing a branded LG product rather would have been better by purchasing some non-branded and cheaper AC.
