Dear LG,
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor product /service quality of LG Split ACLSASPW31-ANLG2. I am writing this letter to convey my extreme displeasure at the faulty products and HIGH cost of service by LG India . I have purchased this AC last year 04/04/2016 and I have done regular service of my product but not able to understand how poor quality product LG India is manufacturing, that It has got problem just after 16 month purchase . Such a poor quality of LG A/C.
I have lodged a complaint(Call No:170816072152) at LG care on 16/08/2017 for low cooling, one engineer(Nagender Kumar) has visited my home and diagnosed there is some low pressure of cooling gas. He is not able rectify the problem and transferred this case to another engineer for next day visit. After many follow ups with Mr. Nagender, another engineer(Mr. Vimal Kumar) visited my home on next day.
He has again done diagnosis of reported issue and updated me that there is leakage in cooling at 3 point due to which gas leaked . To rectify this issue he needs to change cooling coil and refill the gas again, this will cost around Rs 8000 according to engineer(Mr. Vimal kumar).
Now here question arises that what is product quality and durability of LG AC that its cooper cooling is started leakage just after 16 months of purchase. How can we trust such big brand for such poor quality quality of product. This is really disappointing and making a bad image of LG product. I want replacement of this product else I will have knock to consumer forum for such a bad product quality and services.
