Am really disappointed with the LG services to the customer, I was expecting much more from LG brand, I would not even think of cheating customer, even the product defect,
I have purchased a LG TV 43 Inches 4k from Croma JPNagar woodys branch bangalore on 07 Dec, the TV was getting restarted automatically once in 3 days, initially I was thinking there should be a problem in the power source and then I got a new switch box set up and after some days again I had same issue then I thought of buying a Stabilizer on power fluctuation and even after this was continued and then I had registered a complaint with Croma and the technician came from LG verified the TV and taken a pics from his access on the log from the day 3 of the purchase and went off and we have not heard anything and also I registered second complaint also went on same way and when enquired they went on some days and came back mentioning will get that repaired and extend a warranty for another 3 months,
What on earth I paid for 50k to get a repaired a new brand TV, and technician says I should report in 3 to 5 days once purchased, how the hell I will come to know on the product defect, only after verifying and checking from part will come to know,
How can one say that I should report in 3 days of purchase, who will know the problem and am not technician to recognize even that,
This is really a reputation issue with LG on the services, I was expecting a lot from LG, since I have LG products and went on to buy LG again,
With this issue am going to stop buying LG products and even circulate this bad service and negligent for not replacing the defective TV which is not even my problem, Here is the details and have attached the bill for your reference,
