Hello guys, I had purchased and using this AC from 2 years but it take very much of maintenance for fine working. It works fine for one year but after 1 year of using the AC doesn’t cool the room at all and I called the service manager he said that AC wants the service and filling of gas then I gave my AC to the service manager for the filling of gas on 26 July 2017 and it was 4 days ago I didn’t get my AC back from service center And after follow up of 3 days the service manager is postponing the delivery of AC every day and informed me that it will be delivered by 6 august 2017 . It wasn’t that big work that it take 10 -12 days for gas filling . Gas filling mostly take 1 to 2 days only and the service manager from LG company is only postponing the work. It was a very hot weather outside and inside on that days without AC. I am truly frustrated and disappointed with the customer service and treatment extended by LG company. Overall it’s not good to buy this product go with some reliable brands of AC and LG AC is a totally waste of money and time.
