On 20 June 2006. I had purchased LG 325 TM refrigerator in just a month this fridge has stopped working. After logging a complain to LG the technician say compressor has stopped working.The compressor is faulty.
What quality control department does LG?
Does a 5 year warranty means that all the 5 years product will not work well and you need to call up service centre again & again. ?
In just 30 days how a compressor goes dead. Is this the quality of compressors LG manufacturers at their end which proudly they (LG) say.?
Is this the quality asurance from a company like LG one can expect?
Or since company has a Head Office in Nodia do we consider the product are of Delhi Made Quality?
Im still following with LG guys to change the peace but till date no revert on this.
