This is the second time I am posting in Mouthshut.com. I am unable to see my earlier comments in site. I HOPE MOUTHshut.com DOESNT HAVE ANY INTERNAL LINKS/ADJUSTMENTS WITH LG. The services of LG is one of the worst in the country. I purchased a LG refrigerator in November 2007 from ARCEE electronics, NERUL. On the day of delivery itself we noticed a crack in the door. When I made a complaint to the shop (I feel ARCEE is one of the worst shop in NERUL), they registered in their resgister. This process went on for two months.
Afterwards I registered a complaint in the LGs on-line site. I got a no. One month back LG brought anothe damaged piece for replacement.But when we pointed out about the damage, they took it back. Many people in the escalation matrix of LG came in to picture like Ms. Lata, Mr.Joseph, Mr. Korapara and boss of all these guys.(I do not remember his name but his mobile no is 9930362571. No luck so far. Any answers from LG.
