I have never expected such a bad service from LG India. Recently 4 moths back I bought microwave oven of LG brand. It was working fine and 10 days back it stopped working, LG service engineer came to my house.
Instead of asking us to show bill he just argue with my mom that it will be chargeable though we are protected under 1 year warranty. Some how my mom shown bill and he then started looking into problem of oven. He found one part to be defective and raised the complaint with his office.
It’s been 9 days now and I’m following up with LG customer as I’m not able to use oven but nobody is coming to replace the part. I would never advised any one to buy from LG India as this company just cheat us and take money to their country.
