This 28K product is with me since last 8 months and was working pretty well no doubt the picture quality, sound output and interface is great, it works well on the USB and HDMI ports.
The problem started after 2 months of usage, I didn’t use the LED for about 15 days and after 15 days, when I turned it on then the it worked for 10-12 seconds and then suddenly turned off. This problem again continued and when it was again brought back in usage it worked well.
This problem was reported by me into the company then they sent one of the workers who checked for some technical fault he looked for the fault but since there was no fault so he went back.
Then I tried selling it but no one was ready to even 50% of its original cost, surely this wasn’t what I had expected I feel helpless at this moment as I’m unable to get the resale value of this product surely if it was Samsung or Sony then I would have got more value.
