Displeased with LG

I bought this TV 5 years ago and after the warranty period was over, it started to show off its true colors. Firstly, the LED lights in the TV started to fall apart one by one after every two-three months. Then twice the TV stopped working for its interior complications. One day, a tiny pin got inside a connector and the mechanic couldn’’t take out of until recently, when the motherboard of the TV burnt completely, we had to wait for a month to be replaced with a new motherboard.


Moreover, the customer care center is unresponsive and irresponsible as they wished not to pay attention to our issue. We registered complains four times and all the time they replied "Please be patient, we shall be contacting you as soon as possible". Also every time the complain and request to repair got cancelled, they never informed us. It is only when we ring them up for knowing the status of our request, they inform us that the request got either denied or cancelled.


My experience with LG is so terrible that I would request everyone to think twice before purchasing any LG TVs in the near future.
