Dear appreciators of LG products do u know that in case there is manufacturing defect to whom you can lodge a complaint. No email address of the official available.My brother wrote to all officials, Posted on LG Complaint Board, number of emails sent to Sh.Soon Kwon but despite reminders they did not show courtesy to even acknowledge the email.Their local officials ignoring the fact that LG LED 32 Model 5820 purchased three months back and due to manufacturing defect the back side burnt. Company wants repair and we want replacement of defective piece.
So beware of such company and before purchasing first of all you ask the name and email officials to whom complaint can be lodged. They will provide the number of support team who only repairs and do not replace within warranty/ guarantee period. If you have any doubt than go to toll free telephone no. Of company and ask to give the email address of their head and they will say we are not authorized to do so.please check it .
