I bought LG 32’ LED TV from UAE and brought in India. After the first week its sound has gone off and picture has no problem but sound is not working.
When I registered complaint with their toll free number they came with in 24 hours and said need to change a card in it, problem is related to its software. It took 3 weeks to get that piece of hardware to my state.
After that 3 months everything was fine, after that same thing repeated. I am waiting for the service people to step in. Any way as I have an international warranty and I don’t have to pay, but what if if this continues even after warranty period.
I am seriously planning to register a complaint. If the product is faulty they have to replace it. But their service centers are working well, they will respond in 24 hours time. Lets see.
So please think twice before going for it.
