Worst experience with almost 11 months. I bought this TV on 11th may 2017. I have gone through numerous product online before buying. I came across this TV. it was having IPS panel along with a brand value of LG ( Lifes good) . But it was like life is going to be bad now. Within 12months I have travelled foe almost 5months, so the TV was not used so much. My parents used to watch it sometimes. Now I started using it from November 2017. On April 2018 the TV was not working, attached picture. I researched some and I am confirmed the panel has gone bad. I thank God that I am having one month of warranty and I am saved. I logged ticket with LG. Now the serviceman came and confirmed that the panel needs to be replaced. Fine, the panel was replaced on 22nd April 2018. I am satisfied that now I can enjoy my TV. On 5th may another shock to me. Now again picture is not coming. And now it is confirmed that the backlight is not working. So, LG dont make any product which will make life of user hell.
NOTE: - REQUESTING EVERYONE DO NOT BUY THIS TV. ADD SOME MORE BUDGET AND GO FOR SAMSUNG OR PENASONIC. IF THERE IS BUDGET CONSTRAINT THAN GO FOR VERY LOW BUDGET TVs HAVING ONE YEAR WARRANTY.
