Since I am a fan of LG products, I had purchased LCD TV, FRIDGE, DVD and Washing Machine . I purchased a LCD TV purchased 4 years back and it was all good. Since two 3-4 months, on top of the LCD TV screen we are observing a thick black mark like a thread. I don’t know whats that and why its coming.
When I called a friend who is working as TV technician, he told me after seeing that its a product defect and to contact the LG CC. I realy got frustrated with LG products and I am getting disspointed with LG CC service, since we tried to call Toll free number and they never bother to send the people or listen to us. I am writing this in pain and please look into this to resolve. Guys, your brand reputation is stake and why so negligence.
