Hello guys I took this LG TV back in 2014, at a time of the Purchase I also extended my warranty for 3 years. So technically speaking my TV is under warranty till today and the last day of the warranty is 28 July. One day in the morning when I woke up I saw a white dot on my TV. I instantly call up the customer care they told me that you will be getting a call from mr Nandlal and he will guide me there after. In the next 2 hrs I got a call from nandlal he told me even if your tv is under warranty we do not have the parts for this tv so he said I will ask the company first if they can get the parts available if not then they will return me my 40% of the amount back which was initially paid I calculated it and it comes around 16k. Still I was ok with it but later on whenever I try to call this nandlal he is just not replying nicely to me and trying to avoid my calls which I dont think is a professionalism nor this person is trained to talk to people the way he is talking is also not acceptable. The last day of my warranty is 28 july which is not much days left from today if this people dont reply me till 28th my tv will be out of warranty and I feel this is what they are trying to do which is very annoying. Guys please dont waste your hard earned money in that extended warranty. Trust me it is not of any use to you but its only useful for the salesperson at the time of sales to meet their targets. Lg never expected this from you people I suggest this TV to almost 10 friends of mine and many took it and now this thing is happening with me
So all together I would say aftersales services is hell guys dont ever expect a good after sales from them. Please find attached photo where you can see the white dot on the display which looks really ugly.
