My LG fridge kept switching off after 20 minutes of use on Sunday 19th Jan25. At around 4:45 - 5pm we called Customer care and registered our complaint highlighting the urgency. We were told within 24 hours. On Monday the 20th when there was no communication and after repeated calls from our end we were informed that it would take longer as a service centre for Powai(which is where we live) could not be located.
