Once upon a time I decided to buy a flap cell phone which I like very much. Considering the amount to be Rs. 10, 000 it was a thoughtful process on how to spend it. So, I decided to buy an LG 5400 flap cellphone after careful scrutinization of the competitors. I thought the looks are good so the software inside would certainly be good.
But to my utter disappointment the phone not only lack physical robustness but also lack in software performance. The software in the phone is as if it is made by a novice worker who is certainly not paid enough. Moreover it looks like the user manual is made by a child who is being taught to write in english how to describe a product. It has succeeded in sending my hard earned money to drain.
The phone not only contains SERIOUS BUGS in its software but also is physically defective. The keys made an imprint on the flap screen and after a lot of discussion with the LG Service Center, the results have been disappointing. They claimed that there was no way to rectify the defect and I would have to go to Gaffar Market to get a new screen.
I seriously believe that this phone was launched just to show that the company has the capability to manufacture a mobile phones with a view that a cellphone is only meant to make phone calls (even then it is a failure).
