LG oled 55EC930T is a television I have been using for last 6 months. And personally Im satisfied with my purchase.Yes it is a expensive one but worth investing if u watch tv with great interest.
The curve to the TV is of very large radii hence it has a large viewing angle(the radius of tv is exactly of same radii of our eyes which is 0.6.)
Unlike SAMSUNG curved which has small radii hence its focal point lies at centre which means u get different view if u sit away from centre which spoils the viewing experience.
The LG oled has 178deg same viewing angle which means irrespective of where u watch it from u will get same immersiveness in the picture. The oled technology provides the most natural picture u will get from a tv, sometimes it feels like u r standing there at place and enjoying the scene live.I had taken a couple pictures and videos on my camera on a trip on watching them again felt like reliving the moment at home.If u have good hd content u will enjoy on the tv a lot. I watched Bahubali on this TV the picture it provided was just superb. The 3D effect is also a good one but something which is used occasionally because of complete black out requirement. One thing I have heard and tested myself is that even after watching it for long hours u wont feel a strain in your eyes.Nice advantage if u have kids at home.
The black colour produced by the tv in background is something that I have never seen on any television its the purest black u can get, that just adds another dimension to the viewing content(great for horror movies or dark scenes.)
The WEB OS of the LG is not so great the aesthetics can be better, like u cant change the pixel viewing quality while watching videos on YouTube it determines itself depending on LAN/WI-FI speed. If u open multiple tabs or simultaneously using multiple apps like web browser, YouTube, etc the processing unit crashes to clean up memory for better running of other apps.(so no where near the android operating on SONY TVs)But WEB OS is something which wont be used on frequent basis.
The sound quality is developed by Harmann Kardon so nothing less than cinema hall experience and treble effect is really great.
And even in switched off mode TV looks state of art product of the house.
If really want to give it a try go to nearest LG store and watch a complete movie or something else for which they wont deny.
I opted for FULL HD model reason 4K content not really available and also 4K model cannot be wall mounted.
Go for it u wont regret your decision well TVs are not something which we change regularly like our smartphones. so think and buy.
And this was my first review on mouthshut so do let me know your comments and please cooperate with grammatical mistakes if any.
