In my life, I made the biggest blunder of purchasing the LG Washing machine (LG 7512 HN). After buying this, I never got a chance to wear clean clothes. I made repeated calls to the LG support and every time the result was interesting.
Once the so called Service Engineer and asked about the options we choose while washing, we said, we are using Intello. Then he told us, that is the Problem. INTELLO means only soaking (Hope he can read the manual) and it will never clean the cloth. So next time wash without choosing the INTEL LO option.
Again the same story, one more service engineer came to our residence, this time he inquired how many scoops of washing powder we use, we said 2 scoops. Then he said, you need to use 2.5 scoops otherwise it will not be clean. We asked him to clean a cloth and demonstrate it, but he refused to do it by telling some excuses. He himself is very clear it will not clean.
Now the dealer as well as the customer support people will notpick my calls. If some one picks and they hear my name, all the contacts whom I talk with will be in a meeting.
My view is, if any one planning to buy LG washing machines, give that money to charity rather buying an headache and INFERIOR quality product.
