I am a fool to Buy LG product, Customer Service Su

I had raised a complaint for my LG machine on a a fateful Monday (13th September), the Technician reported promptly and informed that he will be back with part the next day, he called the next day to tell that the part is not is stock will be available in two days. So we waited four days, failing any information we contacted customer response we were told that the technician will call within half an hour... did he call.. NOOOOO... so Saturday morning with a pile of dirty clothes monopolizing my bathroom I try to contcat Customer Service again. I had two numbers 39010909 (was working fine the day before, but now was temporarily out of order) 56030100 (Msg - Please check the number you have dialed).


Utterly frustrated, checked the LG website, found a Toll Free number and called, the lady confirmed again that the part has been order so that request is pending (didn’t I already know that!!!), but she gave me one more to call 40149444. I started at 1.05 pm on a Saturday Afternoon the phone rang continuously, I wrote a compliant on the LG website (A good way  vent out, but I a sure nobody cares!!) and hopelessly tried again. This tie to my surprise a lady picked up, and when I asked the reason for no response, I was very candidly told that "we were having lunch"... it is LG right not a corner family run business???... well as for my problem I was told the part is going to come on the 23rd... whole ten days after complaint was registered..


I lost my cool and asked her that how come a delivery from Delhi to Pune takes 10 days???.. on which she called some other lady (Manasi Desai) who asked me to explain the whole issue again.. but still the part is going to come only on the 23rd. And I asked this one "how come nobody picks up the phone" she snaps at me... "Do you pick the phone when you are eating??" I was surprised by the Audacity, but did let her know that is is in office.. not at her home. LG promises 24/7 365 days service... With the pile of dirty clothes rising and dealing with very rude and indifferent customer service of LG... I feel like a fool to buy an LG product!!!! It has worst experience of Customer Service that I have had
