Around 1-1.5 year ago my father brought it from a shop. It said that upto 9kg load of clothes it can be taken at a time. But the technicians who are came to installation purpose, they said that upto 5kg of clothes it can be taken at time. So why the company said, it can be taken 9 kg of load!
The clothes, washing out from it, is ok. But the main reason, for which I can’t like it, is this product taken so much time for washing the clothes and the sound and vibrations of washing is so much louder.
There is a option for wash in 30 minutes. But in 30 minutes quick wash, the clothes are not clean properly.
I suggest that in this money you go for other brand product if you are busy person. But if you have lot of time, then go for it, without any doubt.
