I bought LG AC 1.5 in Jan 2007 model 1.5 ton LSA 18T1 RAE1. They gave 3 free service coupons, not a single time the service technician came. My unit is down for the past 10 days. Made service request thru internet, since I could not access their call center (All our executives are busy).
With perseverance, I was able to get their center. Told me engineer will come shortly called again and got service center no 22263454, unable to contact (The line is busy, call later!!!!!)Again followed up after couple of days later, The gave me new number to contact and it seems the direct service of LG. When contacted , the in-charge told that he does not cover my area (27663794). Again follow up after a day, I was told engineer came and house was locked. Asked for the name of Engineer, no answer. Again told me engineer will come today, I am waiting. In the meanwhile I needed another AC for another room. Bought Hitachi 5*, Great.
On the whole, the LG AC I bought for comfort became a pain.
