LG product service is terrible. They collect Rs300/- as visitation charges for each product. That means if they come to your house u need to pay that and if they touch there own product they will charges 600/-. They are looting customers. I have 3 products of LG and called customer care for a general complaint.
They came and saw my products and said they are all well but for just that they collected 1200/- from me. which is horrible. I was planning to buy a 32-40’ lg led Tv. But because of this I am dropping from it. For 1200/- lg lost a business of 30-40k from me. Even COO(Siva) said he will take action but nothing happened hence am writing this. Dont go for LG products as they just will loot money from you.
