This is a good choice.the service and support is wonderful.whenever I call to the customer care then they tell me to call after 1 hours, this is told to me all the times, and angrily I stopped begging them for my queries. still I liked the cooling and the sound is vibrant.it is good.i always get satisfaction whenever I sit in the room of this ac.the value of money is very good. but I should honestly tell that this was a good product of LG.thanks
