Like others I was also very enthusiastic after purchasing C2500 (purchased from a dealer of repute, called CellWorld in Hyderabad) with original warranty and bills. My happiness was only for few weeks, 4th week the speakers of the phone had problem and no sound would come out (earphone as well as speaker). Anyway, went around 20-25 KM to get it repaired. The phone worked for three more weeks and now, the issue is that the entire Keypad is not working.. you receive the call... but can not pickup, ... no key on the pad works... what a shame.. the phone is not even completed two months.. handling is good and moreso, no mp3s are stored.. still so many problems...
Mine is not the only model which had this issue. I had gone to TMC Hyderabad to buy it and the packed PC when opened had Keypad issue, but I thought only that piece had some issue.. but after the piece that I bought from Cellworld, I think there might be many more like it.. but may not be coming out..
