One of the major part of a refrigerator is its compressor. In my refrigerator’s case the compressor started to loose gas on the third day itself. The service team came and replaced the compressor which took them 3 days. When you have a problem with your new product that too at the initial stage its always disappointing. After that its working fine but the trust is not there anymore. Now it has been 1 year since I have bought the product. Its working fine. The electric consumption is little on the higher side even though its 4 star product.
One very important thing about the stabilizer. When I called customer care asking that if I require a stabilizer or not as it was mentioned on the refrigerator that its stabilizer free. They said its always safe to keep a stabilizer. Then whats the point of giving false promises?
