Just after one year of we received the LG double door refrigerator model GL-T322SPZX we are suffering through the fan motor with controller issue as explained by the engineer visited home. We were not expecting of such an expensive device breaking down so soon and the pathetic service of Harsh enterprises in Ambernath as it took ridiculous delay for the part to be received. Really our understanding and trust about LG being a worldwide brand is no where now. Even after a strong follow up we aren’t getting the replaceble spare in time and have to suffer spoiling all our food stuff. Kindly assist.
