22/2/18 - Its been one week that I am following up with LG customer service centre for change of compressor. Now . I am told that the compressor is not available in Mumbai and the authorised dealer has written to HO with no idea of how many days will it take to get the compressor, whether it is available or not.
THIS KIND OF RESPONSE IS NOT EXPECTED OF LG, need to be more responsive especially for a product like refrigerator, which is the lifeline of any household.
