I have raised several complaints about the problem I had with the LG DVD player (model bd550)that I purchased a few months back. I have raised several complaints a few of which are: RNA110207057091, RNA110314069848...but no one has managed to fix the problem.
Can you please take your box back and return me my hard earned money? I have called the customer service so many time and they have made false promises and I don’t know what more to do with this product...
