I have a 5 month old Front Loader LG with a small hole in the outer drum, leaking water everywhere.I called a repairman, and he said it was caused by something from a pocket and was therefore not under warranty, and gave me a$121 bill.
He said it was a design fault of LG whereby objects can get between the inner and outer drum, and punch a hole through the outer plastic drum on a spin cycle. It will cost$600 to repair. So now I have a$850 machine with extended warrantys, and$121 repair bill. LG were not sympathetic.
