I brought This machine In Oct-11.
When I started using this machine, I liked its very much. attractive user interface. Very silent, just as advertised. It really seemed to be good machine. And I recommended it to everybody. Every thing went very well for first 8 months. Then it started making some noises, but I was still happy with it performance.
In the 10th month, there was a functional fault., The motor refused to move in the rinse-spin stage. After the machine clock moved out of the rinse-spin stage, the rest of the cycle completed correctly. The rest of the story is the encounter with the service staff / customer care. Without the story I will remark about their work. Customer care promptly sends a person within 48 hrs. Technicians eager to ’close’ the complaint, without solving problem.
If it takes more time to see the fault they have to take the machine to the service centre. Field Techicians are not competant to repair the machine. Same story at service station. Machine sent back without QA check.
Complaint closed, without testing.
- Now my machine is 1Yr 6 months old. It has done two trips to the service station.
And it has returned back with more faults. Currently it is un-usable.
I have requested for replacement, (Because machine has a 10Yrs warrenty on motor,
and 1 Yrs of warrenty.)
My Remark about this machine : It is a great attempt of a new Design.
If company has solved the Design issues, you can still go for this machine.
But be prepared to scrap the machine, if you get into a problem.
