I brought this machine 2 months back after doing a long research and analysis. I have compared it with other similar products of IFB, Samsung, Bosch and Electrolux; and finally brought this.
Positives –
Prompt reply from customer care. Machine was installed on next day of purchase.
Ease of use. Functions are clear and easy to understand
Cleans cloth fairly
No noise and no vibrations. It is so silent that you can’t figure out that it is running.
10 years warranty on motor
Compact Dimensions. Take less space than other machines of same capacity. Not sure but because of direct drive technology.
