I purchased this profuct from LG showroom in seven hills, aurangabad in Jan 2016. I have been facing the problems with it since last 6 months. My clothes were getting damadged and finally I logged in the complaint on 16 feb 2017.
The engineer visited my house after long week and after inspection told me to replace the drums. After that day there is no response from the customer service centre and each time I call the customer care they give me new complaint number and they say that they will send an engineer and they dont do so. When I called the consumer care name on the call then after that day the next day serviceman was on my door to do yhe service. These people only understand the language of consumer forum.
