We bought the LG fuzzy Fabricare Washing Machine around a year back. So far its given us good service. I use it around 3-4 times a week like a normal household. when I was choosing the machine there was competition between Whirlpool and Lg. As always I had a very good experience with my lg services. Hence lg had a good stand. I didnt find any great benefit of having a turbo-drum hence didnt opt for it. First about the cons of the machine:
The lg washing machines have improper tap connections which are not adjusted by the person who comes to fix the machine. He asks you to just change the tap.
The system makes noise when operating sometimes. some kind of buzz which I guess can be heard when any washing machine is running.
The lint filter is very small. Hence when washing rugs or other huge materials in the jean or heavy mode, the lint is not filtered properly. for normal clothes it works just fine.
Difficult to understand modes from the manual. need to read it atleast twice to get stuff done. Manual is too techie.
Now about the pros.
Good looks. I like its looks a lot. fits well into my house. only the tap is an issue and the small power cord. but rest is fine.
It has adjustable legs and handles for pulling it. I guess it has wheels also.
There is a delay mode which I use like a soak mode and it works just fine
its a top loading model so I can pour water into it when the water is not coming in through the tap.
5 I can operate it in just whichever mode like wash, rinse and spin mode.
for a more good wash theres fuzzy mode which uses a lot of water and rinses your clothes well.
A water filter which keeps the dirty particles at bay from the machine. Need to clean it after a break of around every 15 days. Else the water slows down. But atleast your clothes are clean. Wow thats a lot. I preferred a top loading model and I am not repenting for it.

Update:
Recently the machine developed some technical issue. Even after closing the m/c door properly, it would not detect it! Finally called the LG service centre and the rates are very high. For home service its Rs. 300 + tax and for service at their workshop/centre its Rs. 250 + tax ! Well how do I carry a washing machine to the service centre ? So I have no other option but to call the person home! The technician detected that the magnet on the door had rusted and worn out due the water. So he finally fixed the magnet on the PCB itself. So the door would be considered closed all time!
My pocket was less by - Rs 412! ( Rs. 337 service and Rs 75 for the magnet!)
So basically the magnet proved to be the costliest! So read the manufacturers service conditions before buying a washing machine. Ofcourse, I dont have any issues with this washing machine so if you liked it , buy it!
