We bought this television(LG Flatron 21) after one friend suggested which turned out to be a good suggestion. We were looking out for other brands also like samsung and sony but as they were comparatively higher in cost, we chose to buy LG.
This model is functioning excellent since almost a year and has never turned down. The picture quality is amazing though it depends on your cable operator also.Multiple functions are also provided like alarm, games, brightness, contrast, color mode etc, Speakers are built on each extremes and sound output is also clear even on full volume.
If your budget is not very high you could prefer LG models as they are designed nicely and satisfying customers with their after sales service also, I believe
