Hi buddies, Since 2 years iam using LG 21 inches Flatron TV. I bought this TV by its brand reputation. But, unfortunately I faced many issues with this TV and many times I spoke to Technicians, even they couldnot solve the problem. Actually, This 21 inch screen is flickering often and colour is also inverting. I had raised the complaint about my LG-21 TV not working. The request No. RNA# was raised on 5th Mar 2018. But, LG customer care people promised that the complaint to be resolved within 24 hrs, I waited more than 78 hrs but till now I didn’t get any call from technical engineer. I kept on calling the customer care executives to get the status & asked to escalate the complaint on urgent basis, but friends, u don’t believe that Till today, i.e. 13th March 2018, I have tried to contact customer care about 15-20 times, but complaint is still not resolved.
Customer care people provided me mobile numbers of different technicians from LG service center of Hyderabad region. I called those numbers some of them not working while others did not pick the calls. At this moment, really I frustrated and iam spending my valuable time in tracking my status. I hope LG considers this as urgent complaint and resolves it.
So, guys its up to you to go for LG brand or not. I hope my review helps you to take a good decision.
