I agree with shashank59899132 LG products are good but their Service personnel lack knowledge.
My LG arrived last week. Big bro gifted it to our dear parents on their Anniversary.
The set has a beautiful finishing in Black and Silver.
Screen (as mentioned) is 29" which is sort of a optimal viewing size. Picture quality is good (should mention: via a Set Top). The seller did mention that the quality is not very good via normal Cable TV line. Brother insisted on a Demo from LG technician before we started even though I wasnt interested being a techy myself.
Surprisingly, when this dumbo came in he wasnt aware that this was a USB ready TV. In fact he didnt know what a USB port is. Strange! but true :)
Further he was shocked to see the setup I made with it. The TV has One output port and Two Input ports @ the rear. The Sound on the TV set isnt amazing like its picture quality so I connected it to my Sony DVD Music System so that its output sound is also sent across via my Sony system channels. The Demo Engg. was dumbstruck to see the setup and hear the output from the TV.
Within 5 minutes, he planned to leave asking me if there was anything I wanted to know about the set :) The remote control is compact and easy to use. Buttons are not hard to frustrate you. It has 3 inbuilt games and the functions are not too complexed.
Overall, I would rate the set as 4/5.
Would suggest the readers to go for it if they have similar plans for sound output OR are not too choosey about the sound part.
Thanks!
