Guys - LG televisions are the worst

It is really unfortunate that I had comment about LG Customer Care having been an ardent fan of LG since long, with all my electronic goods from them. They indeed have a fantastic open door easy approachable policy wherein when they take our goods for maintenance, they try to give a replacement for the time being.


Alright - now to the worst part - I bought an LG Flat from Big Bazaar in 2005 on an offer where they provide 3 years warranty. Believe it or not, I got my picture tube replaced by LG customer care twice within warranty period. I simply hoped that the replaced one is going to run. But, now LG is giving me food for thought and prompting me to think twice whether to seek their so-called open door customer care’s services yet again - for the simple reason that the picture tube has broken down for a THIRD time in 3 and a half years!!! Now I understand the quality of replacement/services rendered by supposedly premier-most brand of India in Electronics. Let me tell you - if this is the sort of service LG customer care is going to render, God alone can save the people’s brand!!!!


Imagine what - picture tube has crashed again - I would not recommend ANYBODY to go for LG Flatron, guys - though my other LG products are working fine - I am now contemplating of suing them or approaching consumer forum...
