Hi Guys, this is my first post on this site. I bought a LG G1800 three months ago. Believe me it really rocks. I am very proud of having one. I am a college student.
This phone’s USP is its MP3 player. Even though many other companies have MP3 they will not match in terms of STEREO sound and MEMORY.It is a STEREO MP3 player and the sound quality is EXCELLENT. Comparing it with its rival SONY ’’J300i’’ which has only 12MB space but this one has 60 MB. Being an MP3 player it should have more memory to store songs and it does. It is has a SHORTCUT key for it. The company provides you with the STEREO HEADSET and the USB wire for easy downloading from your PC.
Any software you need, get it from their WEBSITE [ https://wowlg.com]. The procedures are given crystal clear in the Manual. You will not get a phone with 60 MB available space , USB cable, Headset, Two speakers which you can attach to phone for hearing Music all for RS 5900! Thats stunning.
Do You know that the cost of USB, Headset, Speaker itself is Rs 1400? But it is given free. Its display is one of the clearest. You can also record your conversations in during you call, i.e actually record a call by pressing MP3 shortcut key.
Best Buy is LG G1800.[Value for money] Others are dummy with either of the features absent. I forgot to tell you, you can also have MP3 songs as your RINGTONE.
Here are the cons about this piece. Its response time is a little slow. But you will feel O.K because they are common when using colour phones. You cannot save some peculiar words while writing SMS, i.e you have to Multi tap it. Another important one is that the Battery charge. It goes down pretty easily when using loud speakers to listen songs. I like battery that Nokia provides, they go on for a long time. LG definitely have to correct it and may be they could have done it in the updated version which is C2500[has Camera, FM, Mp3 and the same 60MB space for Rs 6000]
