Worstever mobile set LG GD510



  • My son Snehil Lal purchased one LG GD510 on 20th May 2010 from Hotspot, Pice Retail Limited, Shop No. 6/7/8, Arif Chambers, Kapoorthala, Lucknow. UP.




  • The very next day my mobile set [LG GD510] developed a snag. It gets switched off automatically and after few seconds gets switched on without any command.




  • This set also gets heated very soon.




  • Its gravity function is also not working properly.




  • The touch pad is also not very sensitive and acts slowly.




  • On the 4th day of my purchase I went back to the same shop of HOT SPOT from where I had purchased my set.




  • The staff of the shop was very reluctant to listen to my grievances and was not courteous.




  • After my hue and cry they did exchanged the set giving me another LG GD510 on 24th may 2010 wide their Cash Memo No Book No 273/72 Serial No 3594. My earlier bill and set they took back.




  • Now, the other set was not better than the previous having all the faults experienced by me.




  • That me the particular Model of the LG Company is faulty by manufacturing and need to recalled globally.




  • I went back to the shop [HOT SPOT] with the complaint and asked them to take back the particular set and give me any other company’s set even it would have been costed me more. I was ready to pay the difference.




  • They then started blaming me that since I don’t want to keep this hand set therefore I am making these lame excuses.




  • They did not paid any heed to my grievance and I am continuing with the lame set and planning to sue the LG and file an FIR against the shop that are fraudulently cheating the customers by selling faulty wares.




  • I want that every one aspiring to buy this handset beware.




  • LG Company should come forward apologies to me for the inconvenience and exchange the set with better one.




  • At the same time they should examine my grievance and if need be recall globally their set.




  • I reserve the right to file a suit in a proper court for the compensation and damages for the inconvenience caused to me by this handset.




  • Moreover if the action is not coming forth I shall do whatever proper under the law to bring bad name to the company with all the good forces at my command.
