I have purchased LG GL 225FEDG5 in 2011. Recently, it stopped cooling and to get a service personnel we had to wait for almost 2-3 days. After chasing the call center persons, we were lucky to atleast get the service personnel and he told that there is problem with Gas filling. after 2 days, another person came and filled in the gas and replaced the freezer too.Now the refrigerator has again stopped cooling.
I have asked for permanent solution, not temporary. The call doesnt get through the customer care center even after you keep trying for more than 30 min at a stretch.
Fed up of such solution.
