I bought this TV charmed by the ads. Though Samsung and Phillips seemed good enough at the retailers, I got carried away by ’’Golden Eye’’ which is a fairly good technology. Picture colour is something you only realise when you have other sets to compare with and that’s what I realised when I actually saw a Movie at neighbours 10 months after buying LG.
Since the time I have bought this TV I have been having problems with the colour. Everything seems to be deep red in colour and I havent seen natural skin colour for the last 2 years.
The dealer had sent a Technician when the TV was under warranty and all he did was open the back and turn a screw sort and the colours seemed to be better but 15 days later it was the same. And since the warranty is gone the dealer is not bothered and I am depressed. The sound is nothing great. I have seen Samsung and Phillips and of course Sony and that is what I would recommend everyone.
