WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. What a waste of time. I will NEVER EVER BUY LG again.Second issue is the lower freezer door will not close all the way at times due to ice building up on the tracks for the Freezer Door not allowing the door to seal the Freezer completely.
I occasionally have to chip the ice away so the freezer door will close all the way so our food does not thaw out in the freezer. I expected better quality for the price and wish I never bought this Fridge at all. DO NOT BUY!
