We purchased this model during Diwali offer. The dealer Modern Electronics Sec 22 Chandigarh, promised us a lot of things including a scratch card, loyality card etc. which, as per them, were to be sent by the co. but were never sent.
When we contacted the helpline, we were told to contact the dealer who is again assuring for the same without any outcome. Moreover the dealer did ot inform us that the extended warranty is applicable only when we send an SMS to the co. for the same and we came ot know about it from some other source later.
Moreover coming to features, we faced a problem of freezing due to which the vegetables got spoiled in the refrigrator area. The representative came and tried to rectify the fault which got ok temporarily but not fully rectified till now.
