THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

Last year I bought this AC. the installation was done by the LG authorised Service Centre based in Rohini, Delhi


After few days we found the Rat Menace in our home . which was due to faulty installation(leaving huge hole in Wall), Damaged wiring from Internal to External Unit. This was set right by the LG after continuous followup with LG


Then to add insult to Injury with in one year of purchase the GAS got leaked and was refilled by the LG after continuous long follow up.


Checked with Service Guy who told us that due to faulty installation, the gas got leaked. Asked the LG to replace the UNIT as it is faulty, got no proper reply. They simply forwarded it to the very same service provider who had done the Installation.


How can a thief investigate himself.


LONG FOLLOWUP WITH LG CUSTOMER CARE YIELDS NO RESULT. THERE ESCALATION MATRIX IS JUST A FARCE.
