I had a issue with my LG Monitor,
Tried reaching LG Service, but they insisted me to visit their LG Service centre.
When I have been there, they made me wait for 2 hrs and told me the monitor cant be repaired / serviced, and suggested me to throw this monitor and buy a new piece.
and when I asked for explanation for not getting my system serviced, they told we cant do it, do what ever you want.
Poor customer handling skills.
My Monitor was 4 yrs old and they told its old model, where you will not get spares.
When you not get spares you have to throw it and buy a new one.
