LG ..... No Service since Instalation

We got these 2 multisplit ac for our 4 bedrooms, some 5 years ago and were very happy with the cooling and every thing else and then the problems started cropping up.




  1. Two of the AC’s would not switch on even after power outage, as written in the manual




  2. They did not give us the free service, as mentioned previously.




  3. They never give you a complaint number.




  4. They upgrade their complain system once a month and delete all the unsolved complaints. The old complaints are gone for ever, there is no proof of it, at all.






So now we have the ACs and we cannot complain as they do not have a complain system in place.


Still for the past one month I am complaining and no one is coming to rectify my problem and as the period of one month has passed my complaint has also expired . They have even changed their email address for the complaints.


Their toll free number says that their lines are blocked. So if any one has any how to get them to service my Ac’s, I will be very obliged.
